 I have a newslettter here.  These are a few posts that I wrote for the newsletter but eventually I realised that they didn't fit with the theme of what I want to do with my newsletter. At the same time, they fit in perfectly with the theme of my blog (unrefined creativity that might end up being ranty sometimes). So here I present to you the posts from my newsletter. being human. To the depth allowed by my current perspectives, there are three classes of problems we are confronted with as humans. Axiom 1: There is suffering Axiom 2: There is a cessation to suffering  Theorem 1: The cessation to suffering is 'ultimate'.  Proof: suffering is a pattern of activity. If there is not a radical change/phase transition on some parameter then it is the same pattern. Physical world We have systems and goals. Systems: pattern of involuntary behaviour that we go down to when we stop being aware  Goals: Things we are seeking to imbibe as a part of our system currently. This distinction is rather arbitrary because once you become aware you realise that the process is the only thing. The distinction arises because of awareness interspersed with illusion. Goals are a reflection of desire/aversion/fear. You 'want' to do something only because it's not already a part of your living process.  It is your higher self guiding you towards local maxima in the being landscape.
